We should convert the reactstrap javascript files into typescript files

Currently we have separate type files which can be inconsistent with the javascript files. Someone has to manually update the ts files to be consistent with the JS files and I sometimes forget about the ts files! This is very tedious and would be better if the typescript files were just a main part of the project.
