Enhancement Request - ModalTitle component

Please provide access to the ModalTitle rather than just ModalHeader

ModalHeader wraps all children with ModalTitle, which means that the grid system doesn't work properly within a ModalHeader - a Row doesn't span the full width of the ModalHeader.

I'd like to be able to set a ModalTitle, then use the grid system to place additional components into the ModalHeader
