Hi Team,

We faced an issue, that OCS operator stopped to propagate updates from OLM when we update OKD cluster from Version 4.10 to 4.11.
At the moment, Nooba-operator subscription looks like this

Could you please advice what is wrong, and why a new InstallPlan is not being created?
