Which commands need to use ForEachShard with cluster multiple shards enabled ?

I think Keys {prefix}* command does not work correctly, it does not return keys from all shards when cluster is enabled with multiple shards.

I found a similar issue: #388
where you recommend using ForEachShard.

I have a few questions:

1. Are there any other redis commands that I need to be aware of to use ForEachShard with ClusterClient?
2. Can I use ForEachShard in a redis pipeline ?
