check the comment with ACLSetUser ，
 on           Enable the user: it is possible to authenticate as this user.
 off          Disable the user: it's no longer possible to authenticate
               with this user, however the already authenticated connections
              will still work.

here is my sence： 2 users: zhangsan and lisi , somehow if I want to disable zhangsan

here is the current Solution

1. acl setuser zhangsan off
2. restart redis-server to close the connection

but：

1. restart will effect the other users.

expect:

1. is there any possible to define the users period of validity
2. is there any solution to make "acl setuser zhangsan off" effective immediately without close the server /client.
