Can you tell me how to install any version of the extension in Firefox if the latest one is not currently working ?

Odd, it seems to be working for me. What version does it list as the version you're installing?

Strange, I'm not sure what's going on here.

This is how i solved this issue:

  1. Someone have to send you extension@redux.devtools.xpi
  2. Go to C:\Users{YOURUSER}\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles then find the 12j234huh2.default-release folder which has many folders and extensions.json file in it.
3.After you find that 12j234huh2.default-release folder open it and create extensions folder and paste in there this extension@redux.devtools.xpi file
