Feature Request: Hide files whose diffs are excluded

For my Bitbucket repository, I have added the **/*.pbt file pattern for meta files that don't contribute to the pull request in a meaningful way, and to hide these entries to prevent unnecessary scrolling. However, Bitbucket has decided to keep the entries as part of the PR, but with a bulgy message instead:

An option to hide/show the entire entry for these hidden files in PRs would be great.
