This pull requests adds the ability to mention the base and head ref names associated with the pull request.

A local test was successful.
I modified the test cases so testing should be good.

Purpose

I need this to get this action to work: https://github.com/marketplace/actions/clubhouse-workflow
It needs the branch name in the release notes.
