"No editor" error displaying twice

Got the following output trying to release a package:

ERROR release-it-lerna-changelog configured to launch your editor but no editor was found (tried $EDITOR and searching $PATH for editor).
ERROR release-it-lerna-changelog configured to launch your editor but no editor was found (tried $EDITOR and searching $PATH for editor).

Scenario:

• Brand new package set up with create-rwjblue-release-it-setup
• Running release-it for the first time on a package that hasn't been published to npm yet
• Selected patch (0.0.1) as the increment
• Error was displayed twice after that, no other output

Thanks for reporting! At the moment, I’m not immediately clear if this a bug in release-its interrupt handling or if we are somehow doing a bad thing here in this package. I’ll have to do some tests.
