No, I am not currently interested in doing that. Although, there probably already is a lot out there, that does this.

If I were to make this, I would use the same internals that this project uses (remark, rehype, etc), and then use toJsxRuntime from hast-util-to-jsx-runtime to generate Vue nodes: https://github.com/syntax-tree/hast-util-to-jsx-runtime/tree/main#example-vue
