Hi everyone,
we're hosting a bunch of terraform modules in a self-hosted GitLab instance, that are used/included in several other terraform projects. Renovate can find those dependencies and is able to open a PR in case we published a new tf-module version via GitLab releases.
Unfortunately the PRs do not include any changelog, since the terragrunt manager currently only supports git-tags, github-tags and terraform-module datasources, which are not able to fetch changelogs from out GitLab Releases.
Is it possible to extend the terragrunt manager to be able to fetch the changelogs?
I'm happy to work on a PR, but first I want to hear your opinion and maybe you already know how to start implementing such a feature. I personally thought about adding support for the gitlab-releases datasource.
Kind regards,
Lukas
