We enabled automerge & automergeSchedule some time ago and recently realized that MRs are merged outside the automergeSchedule.

In Gitlab, we can see that our renovate-bot (auto)merged a PR, e.g. on friday (cron configured to merge Tue,Wed,Thu)
There is no indication in the debug logs that the merge has been actually triggered.
According to the code, we would have expected to see

according to the logs (attached), renovate is interpreting the automergeSchedule correctly and logging

Please find the logs from when the PR was created and see if platformAutomerge was enabled. In that case it's GitLab merging it when it wants and not Renovate. See the warning in https://docs.renovatebot.com/configuration-options/#automergeschedule
