The go.sum is missing within the pull request.

The same Repository and Configuration works with 37.299.1.

Dynamic installation of go binary fails - you need to check the debug logs

Thanks, I just have the Debug Logs for the latest version and there is no artifact error. The go.sum is still missing in the commit.

Toolchain was probably fixed with this one #28476

You need to rebase/retry the PR to get it to try updating artifacts again

Thank you for you help! It seems like I looked at the wrong debug log. The issue was missing permissions within the docker container. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
