Renovate fails to update the lock file, still opens the PR.

See the log file below.

I am already running with debug log, and there's no error message. Just an exit code 1, which I also do not see documented anywhere in PNPM.

pnpm's stdout doesn't indicate any error, so we have nothing to go on. If you can reproduce it, we might be able to figure it out

Would it be possible to add --reporter ndjson to pnpm install when Renovate log level is set to DEBUG?

How large is such logging? It may be appropriate for trace level only

The log size depends on the lock and package size. But, yes, it's quite verbose. I'd probably classify it as TRACE 👍🏼
