It would be better for the poetry manager to update this instead of a custom manager. Please create a minimal reproduction so we can we if the poetry manager detects python version or not |

Hey
I am trying to create a configuration to track the python version for our projects. Here is the configuration that I have tried so far:
The Issue created in the repository shows no warnings but it is not showing the option to update to a newest python version.
