I have created a repository in which I have defined my config file which further used as local preset. In that config file, I have defined my npmrc and updating auth token value using RENOVATE_SECRETS variable.
Using latest docker image of Renovate, I have created a command to execute Renovate on my repository. In command, I am using RENOVATE_ONBOARDING_CONFIG to define my local preset value and following variables are also defined: RENOVATE_DRY_RUN =full
LOG_FORMAT=json
LOG_LEVEL=debug
RENOVATE_SECRETS=here secrets are defined which further used in npmrc defined in config
My pacakges are not updated and getting issue Failed to look up npm package packageName. Duing checking of debug logs, I found that the value of auth token is not being picked by Renovate in config.
Additionally when I execute it without dry run, it's picking auth token from secrets and creating Pull Requests for the NPM packages.

I have executed RenovateBot on private repository. We are not supposed to share the logs. Although, I have shared the exact scenario what I have did.
