I am using azure devops.
I want to pull custom artifacts from my oganizations jrfog artifactory.
I have defined hostrules to configure username and password and also
I have defined registryurl in package rules to define lookup.
But in debug logs it just prints 3 messages
1.debug:GET https://devtools.myorg.com/artifactory/../mavenmetadat.xml (code etdtimeout,statuscode-1)
2.debug:Cannot connect to host https://devtools.myorg...
3.debug: content is not found for maveurl(url:https://devtools.myorf... statuscode=undefined)

your artifactory isn't accessible from azure devops

But apart from renovate pipeline,we have other pieplines which are successful getting connected to the artifactory.
I dont think my azure devops not connecting to the artifactory.
Please suggest.

timeout while connecting. so it's a network issue, not a renovate issue

Is there any other approach or curl or command by which i can test the connectivity of my pipeline azure devops with jfrog artifactory particularly with reference to my bot pipeline.
