Config help: "at any time" not respected, instead global extends is used

Hi,

As of last week we've noticed that our schedule for a specific package is not respected.
Our config:

When investigating this I've noticed the following output which leads me to believe that the override is not working with the above configuration: (docker image renovate/renovate was used to generate this today)

you config looks invalid. why do you have a config toplevel object?

ah, I'd copied it from the migrated one in the output of the renovate command after execution, my bad!

check the DEBUG: packageFiles with updates message for package names to match against
