Update for private registry docker image in docker-compose file is detected, but no PR is created

Describe the bug

renovate correctly detects a docker image in a docker-compose file, the expected update is mentioned in the logs, with a branchName.

The pull request is not created.

For public images mentioned in the same docker-compose file, PRs are created.

Have you created a minimal reproduction repository?

I have reproduced this in a minimal repository, but it needs credentials to the the private repository that I cannot share.
It just contains the following docker-compose file, and a base renovate config with credentials

    image: elasticsearch:6.4.2

  docmod-server:
    image: dckr.skryv.com/docmod-server:v5.22.0

Additional context

The only cause I can think of is that the image name (and therefore the branch name) contains dots and the forward slash, and that is somehow an issue.

I think I was too fast with this issue ...
apparently major docker updates do not get a PR by default?
I am trying to add the docker:enableMajor preset. If that works, I'll close this issue.
