docs: update table Major platform features not supported by Renovate #11649

Changes:

  • Remove row that mentions a now closed issue

Context:

Issue #5406 was closed.

I'm not sure if "cloning repo over SSH selfhosted" works properly now.
I also do not know if it works on all platforms, or only a subset of platforms.

I just noticed that the issue we link to in the table is closed, so we should probably update this table... 馃槃

I think we only have partial ssh clone support
