docs(self-hosted configuration): rewrite sections #15824

Changes

  • Rewrite some sections to:
    • Focus on the reader by using you
    • Use simpler words
    • Use simpler sentences
    • Use lists
    • Replace e.g. with for example
    • Use must where things are required
    • Use monospaced font for true Boolean
