docs(config options): link to regex manager presets

Changes

• Link to our Regex Manager Presets page from the regexManagers config option page
• Fix a typo and rewrite a sentence in the regexManager docs

Context

I barely noticed we even have Regex Manager Presets, and I work on the docs. So we can expect our users to miss these presets completely. We currently have presets to:

• Update _VERSION variables in Dockerfiles
• Update _VERSION environment variables in GitHub Action files
• Update appVersion value in Helm chart Chart.yaml
