docs(dependency pinning): drop reference to motto #27746

Changes

  • Drop reference to motto "Flexible, so you don't need to be" because we don't use that motto elsewhere

Context

We don't use the motto

I don't see us using this motto anywhere. It's not in the:

Reference new motto/slogan?

I think this statement is more like a slogan, and we actually use it in the repository readme and docs homepage. But the slogan is not about customization:

Automated dependency updates. Multi-platform and multi-language.

Or we could reference the How you like it slogan/motto from the docs homepage:

You can customize the bot's behavior with configuration files.
