docs: explain log level numbers #8704

Changes:

  • Explain what the Bunyan log level numbers mean

Context:

Closes #8703.

I think this is the most logical place to put this explanation, but feel free to move it around.

Hi @ronaldploeger, I've taken the liberty to find a suitable place for the explanation.
What do you think of this? Would this have helped you understand the logging levels enough?
