Using the wiki to document product features on multiple related products at once

Anybody having experience using the wiki to build documentation on a (software) product for two separate groups of users:

• Basic version of the software product
• Professional version of the software product
  The aim is to be able to write the documentation on the use of all features and to easily classify this info as pertaining to only the professional version, or to both the basic and the professional version.
  When publishing, the users of the basic version shouldn't be bothered with feature descriptions of functionality they do not have.
