sdist .tar.gz misses some test files #132

The sdist contains:

requests_ntlm-1.2.0/tests/
requests_ntlm-1.2.0/tests/test_server.py
requests_ntlm-1.2.0/tests/test_utils.py

However, it's missing at least tests/unit directory for the tests to be executable.

We've switched Gentoo to using GitHub archives to workaround this but we'd really prefer to use sdist as GH archives are not guaranteed to be stable.
