I apologize if this is an open issue, but I did search both open and closed and didn't see anything related to my issue, but it's early, so I may have missed it.
Clicking the File menu and then Open (or even pressing Ctrl+O) does not seem to bring up an open file dialog. Copying and pasting the file "URL" from a browser does work properly, but not clicking the menu option.
🕵🏼♂️ Is this a regression?
It did work a while ago. I have recently had issues with this computer and had to get the OS reloaded, so now I'm using Windows 11 instead of Windows 10. This is also a work computer, as I use Responsively for teaching a basic web design course, and they have recently shelved a 3rd party virus protection suite in favor of Arctic Wolf and I don't believe I tried to use the app with Arctic Wolf installed before they installed Windows 11, so that may be the culprit, but it seems unlikely as it is just trying to open a file dialog. I did check Windows Defender to make sure that it hadn't somehow blocked it and it had not. Additionally, it could also be the case that there is some policy in place that may be blocking it that I don't know how to check for.
🔬 Minimal Reproduction
I doubt anyone else can reproduce the issue since I haven't found anything else about it, but:
Open Responsively
Click on the File menu
Select the Open option
Watch as nothing happens
🌍 Your Environment
Also, I don't know if this is related, but the keyboard shortcut mentioned in the comments for this section don't work either.
