bug description:

favicon is not displayed on the login screen for violet rails

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'https://violet.restarone.solutions/users/sign_in'
See error

Expected behavior:
there should be a favicon on the tab like the rest of the pages on violet rails
