Upload Button Unclickable

Describe the bug
On App Settings when tried to upload a file, nothing happens when clicking button to upload.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Contractors.restarone.solutions'
2. Click on 'Contractors Admin'
3. Click on 'App Settings'
4. Scroll down to 'Graphics'
5. Try to 'upload file'

Expected behavior
It is expected that a window will open to allow me to upload files.

Additional context
Nothing happens when button is clicked, window is meant to open. Since it does not "think" between clicks I dont believe its a pop-up blocker.
