Remove deprecated fields from User type

During the last years, Facebook marked many fields in the User type as deprecated and they return no longer any data. So we should remove these fields, too.
We still have the fields in our code for compatibility reasons, but the major update will have some breaking changes. So it is a good start to cleanup the old stuff.

Two major deprecations are the change in 2018 and in November 2020.
