This is by far the most interesting live tv plugin for Kodi so I would like to see Katsomo here as it is not implemented at the moment in any other plugin.

I will have a look and see what I can do with this. It does require me to add a Finish language to Retrospect (in the settings) so it is a bit more work than usual and will require a full Retrospect update.

EDIT: Tested Katsomo with a program that gave a geoblock message. It is spoofable. Use Yle's IP 91.229.138.46.
