CHANGELOG.md does not seem to have been updated since 0.19.0.

Changes are listed in the releases https://github.com/revel/revel/releases - we should probably drop the change log file

I checked, and it doesn't appear to contain the New items, Breaking Changes, Deprecated, etc. that are in CHANGELOG.md. I am in need of those information.

Please consider keeping the data in the CHANGELOG -file, as that will follow the code via git mirrors for a long time unlike github releases

thanks for your feedback @ptman and @teitei-tk. I think we'll do what we can to sync up github releases and a text file CHANGELOG.
