Following the getting started (https://revel.github.io/tutorial/gettingstarted.html) leads to a stackoverflow on routes.go:573.
This is caused by the default routes file including the testrunner module which is not downloaded when following the getting started guide.

go get github.com/revel/modules fixes this error.

The manual does need to be updated. We can verify there are no more errors when we do that.
