Getting error in Starting revel application

Earlier it was working fine . I upgraded my Mac OS and since below error started coming
Revel executing: run a Revel application
WARN 12:45:23 harness.go:179: No http.addr specified in the app.conf listening on localhost interface only. This will not allow external access to your application
CRIT 12:45:24 revel_logger.go:60: Watcher: Failed to watch path=/Users/mmt8581/GolandProjects/Cabs-GoCars/gocars-api-core/app/models/dispatch/intercity error="bad file descriptor"

I reinstall go and all packages including revel , but no luck .

Can someone help what could be the issue
