Just putting it here to help people debug for Terraform 1.5, if import flag is used this would be the error raised in reviewdog
https://github.com/aquasecurity/tfsec/issues/2070#issuecomment-1673920879

Only trivy supports the import keyword, tfsec would fail otherwise.
