Can not use user path in Reading and Writing #249

IniData data = parser.ReadFile("settings.ini");

Can not change this to
IniData data = parserReadFile(@"C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\ACLog\settings.ini");
Same with

Parser.WriteFile("settings.ini", data);
Can not change to
Parser.WriteFile(@"C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\ACLog\settings.ini", data);
