Increase Logging

To my personal fault, logging is not defined for this bot/if an error occurs, its hard to determine what happened without digging through a dump in our journalctl, which is unfortunate.

I suggest the addition of winstonjs which is recognized by discordjs itself as a good logging solution, its easy to use, and would allow the tech head to see logs for operations.

Further, this feature would allow extra event listeners to be added to catch users who may be trying to do malicious actions
