Go to https://sse.rit.edu/qdb
Click on a tag attached to a quote
From that page, click on a different quote
Click the browser's back button, browser navigates to first tag page
Click the browser's back button again

Expected: browser returns to QDB home
Actual: browser returns to the second tag page
