Field of type float with slider doesn't observe step size #227

In the current dev deployment, the following behavior is observed:

Productivity track, field meeting hours is defined as slider with a step size of 0.5.
Step size displayed on the slider is 0.1 (similar to known issue in prod).
The actual value saved has many more digits (different than in prod).
