Unsere User wünschen sich das machen zu können.

Das wird ein trackedAt Feld am Track brauchen, für alle Steps erstmal auf createdAt gesetzt wird. Nach dem sollte dann alles sortiert werden und in Zukunft kommt es dann vom Frontend und muss durch die Validierung kommen.
