Lively Wallpaper can't use any wallpaper - error

It started doing this today, no idea why. I have tried reinstalling Lively Wallpaper as well. It wont let me enable any wallpapers.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Try to enable any wallpaper and it gives me the error.

Expected behavior
It's supposed to enable the wallpaper

I never had this problem before. When this happened, IdleMasterExtended(Steam games idling program) also doesn't open anymore, so if this information help, here it is. I don't know why it happened, I didn't change anything on my PC.
