Issues with Fusion 360 including flashing, freezes and crashes.

Describe the bug
Not sure how many wallpapers this affects, but I am using the default webgl fluid one that is on the same audio mix as my music. During updates to the wallpaper, Fusion 360 will flash the wallpaper in front, occasionally freezing the program for more than 20 seconds or even crashing entirely.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use WebGL Fluid wallpaper or any others that might cause this, I can't do testing at the moment.
2. Open Fusion 360.
3. You will see issues immediately, but they are more severe while editing a project.

Expected behavior
Normal use with it in the background doing nothing.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.3930)
• Wallpaper: Fluid Simulation

Additional context
This might happen with more wallpapers and apps than just this, it just needs more testing.

Seems like the same problem happening to me, but I'm on windows 11
