Wallpaper play sound if there's no other sound interrupting

I don't really like that websites or video only play sound when you on the wallpaper or just suppress it entirely. There's should be an option where the sound only plays where there aren't any other sound that were playing (similar to Opera GX's background music feature), and disabling it when in a game or a call was made.

I also recommend a feature where you could enable sound on the tray icon.
