A bunch of questions raised in #137 and their corresponding answers indicate that JQF documentation needs to be self-contained and not assume that users are familiar with AFL or other fuzzing terminology. The very least is an explanation of the status screen, folder structure, log file, and options to control heuristics in Zest.

Maybe better to just overhaul the status screen in 2.0.
