Description
This PR adds
namedExports: 'include-arbitrary-name'option todataToEsmfunction inpluginutils.When this option is set,
dataToEsmwill generate named export for keys that was not a valid identifier by leveraging Arbitrary module namespace identifier names feature (tc39/ecma262#2154).
