In the Rollup.js tools section, it is mentioned that Babel should precede CommonJS. However, the npm page for @rollup/plugin-babel along with the GitHub README for the babel plugin seem to suggest that CommonJS should be placed before Babel. I've noticed that both setups appear to function properly upon testing, but I'm curious if there's any notable difference between them. which documentation should be considered more accurate?
