Thanks for spotting, fix at #5231. It seems this bug has been in the code forever, at least four years (it was introduced somewhere between 1.0.0 and 2.0.0), I wonder why it never came up before...

This issue has been resolved via #5231 as part of rollup@4.1.6. You can test it via npm install rollup.
