error on compiling py2app

i got the same error as this issue, here is my descriptions:
i run py2app on my M2 mac
i install python use homebrew
the project i wanna compile is this reposity
and the setup.py content is generate default by py2applet
my setup.py init command is : py2applet --make-setup run.py
