MKNOD is missing in PSP in 1.7.11 helm chart

MKNOD permission on the psp is missing from the 1.17.11 chart. Adding it manually allowed the upgrade to finish then I was able to helm upgrade ok to 1.8.9 from there without needing further tweaks.

@kfox1111 Where exactly did you add the MKNOD permission to the psp to get it working? I see the related change in #9236, but want to be clear where the fix would be in the PSP.

I see, this was fixed in v1.8.1 by #9439. We're not planning on another v1.7.x release, thanks for brining up the workaround.
