is a Spectrum +2B Monster ROM - editor, derived from Amstrad code, based on the UK 128 ROM 0 disassembly by Matthew Wilson (2011-12-13) and bug-fixed by Paul Farrow. It is a part of the +2B ROM archive distributed by spectrumcomputing.co.uk or zxart.ee created and released by Andrew S. Owen without a particular copyright notice. The source code for this ROM is available in the aforementioned distribution package.
